Lemon Coriander Soup| Home Made Soup| Healthy Soup Recipe
Lemon coriander soup is an all weather favorite soup. It works well as an appetizer and gives fresh notes our body. Not only it tastes good, it is an healthy alternative to packed soup.
So here I am to share my favorite soup recipe.
Ingredients:
Coriander 1 cup chopped
Carrot 1/2 cup chopped
Cabbage 1/2 cup chopped
Mushroom 1/2 cup sliced
Green chili 1 no finely chopped
Ginger 1 tbs chopped
Garlic 1 tbs chopped
Lemon zest 1 tbs
Lemon juice 2 tbs
Sugar 1/8 ts
Pepper 1 ts
Salt as per taste
Oil 1 tbs
Water 4 cups
Cornflour 1 tbs mixed with 1/4 cup of water
How to Cook:
1: Take oil in a pan add garlic, ginger and chopped chillies.once sauted add mushroom and saute till they become dry.
2: Now add other veggies and saute for few time to keep their crunch intact.
3: Add water and give it boil.Now you can sprinkle lemon zest,salt,pepper.
4: After good boils add cornflour slurry by stirring continuously so that it may not form lumps.
5: Now its time to add lemon juice ,sugar and lots of coriander and boil for more few minutes.
Its ready now to serve to beat the cold weather.
