One Minute Microwave Choco Lava Cake in a Mug!

Cakes are loved by all generations. Baking cakes for loved ones gives immense satisfaction. They may be in different flavors and tastes but the winners are always chocolate cakes. No one cannot just get away from them and in case of Choco Lava Cakes, everyone's mouth gets filled with water. So let's a make quick, instant and everyone's favorite Choco Lava Cake.

Ingredients

Quantity	Ingredient
2 tbs	Sugar
2 tbs	All purpose flour (Maida)
1 tbs	Cocoa Powder
2 tbs	Oil/ Melted butter
A pinch	Baking Powder
4 tbs	Milk
1-2 Cubes	Dark Chocolate  (chopped)

Method

•Take a dry Microwave proof Coffee mug.

• Put all dry ingredients in the mug and mix well.

•Now add butter and milk in the mug and mix well. Make sure there are no lumps in the batter.

•Dip chocolate chunks deep in the batter. Make sure the chunks are dipped in the centre and are not too large so that they melt easily. 

•Microwave for 1 minute and the Choco Lava is ready.

Note: Don't exceed the time otherwise you will miss out the chocolate lava.
