Mini chocolate cakes without egg, maida and oven.

Mini cakes are lovely itself as they are easy to bake and fast to eat.This hassle free recipe is quick enough to make and to enjoy any moment. There is no need of experience to bake these mini cakes. Every one will love making it.

Ingredients

Wheat flour 1 cup

Sugar 1/2 cup

Milk powder 1 tbs

Cocoa powder 2 tbs

Salt a pinch

Baking powder 1 ts

Baking soda 1/2 ts

Milk   3/4 cup

Oil 1/4  cup

Curd 1/4 cup

Vanilla essence 1 ts

Vinegar 1/2 tbs

Almonds chopped 6-8 no

Chocolate sauce 3 tbs

Chocolate chips 10- 12

Appam pan for mini cakes

Method

1: Mix all dry ingredients and sieve well.

2: In another bowl mix all wet ingredients except vinegar.

3:  Now add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix every thing properly and add vinegar and combine it in mixture.

4: Now grease oil in appam cavities and pour mixture with the help of spoon in each cavity. Sprinkle almonds and chips on each cake  mixture  and cover it with the lid .Let it cook for 8 mins on gas at low flame.

5: After 8 mins  scoop out mini cakes and place in serving plate and drizzle chocolate ganache on it.Here they are ready to eat.
