Dahi Fulki

Ingredients

Besan 2 cup
Dahi 1/2 cup
Hing
Red chili
Salt
Baking soda 1/4 ts mixed with 1 spoon oil
Onions chopped 1 no
Green chill 2 chopped
For curd
2 cup curd
Water 2 cup because fulkies absorbs water and then the consistency of curd becomes normal.
Sugar 1 tbs
Pepper 1/4 ts
Salt
Garlic paste 1 ts for pungent flavors


For garnishing:

Oil 2 ts
Zeera 1 ts
Dry red chili 2,3
Oil for frying


Method:

1: Mix curd,water, salt sugar,garlic paste in a bowl and keep it aside.
2: Take besan in a bowl and mix it with curd ,hing, salt, red chilli powder and water.
3: Making thick batter, add baking soda mixed with oil to it and rest for 15 minutes(mixing soda in oil slows down the reaction of soda).
4: Now add onions and green chillies to the batter and mix them .
5: Now take small portion of this batter , deep fry it in oil.In  this way you can fry all fulkies.
6: Now add these fulkies to prepared curd and rest it for 2 hourrs .So that it can absorb all the water of curd that helps to be them soft.
7: Now place  all fulkies in separate bowls in which they have to be served.
8: In a pan add 2 tbs oil and add Zeera, hing and red chillies and let them splutter and after that  pour this fragrant oil 1/4 ts on every fulki which you have placed in separate bowls.
Now enjoy it.
