Homemade Snacks For Quick Munching
Wonderful munching snack with low calories but with leftover bujias, boondi, puffed rice, poha and many more. Easy to make snacks coming right up.
Ingredients
Roasted Peanuts 100 gms
(You can roast it at home too)
Any type of leftover mixtures 2 cup
Puffed rice 1 cup
Poha 1 cup
Leftover cornflakes 1/2 cup
Boondi 1/2 cup
Refined Oil 2 ts
Salt
Red chilly powder 1/2 ts
Chat masala 1-1/2 ts
Method
1: Heat oil in a pan.( Remember to take big pan )
2: Shallow fry peanuts if you are using raw peanuts.
3: Remove peanuts from pan and add poha in the same pan. Stir poha for some time so that it gets little crispy.
4: Now add puffed rice and stir to roast it.
5: Add all leftover mixtures and roast for 2 mins. Add peanuts too and stir again 2 mins.
6: Add boondi and cornflakes and mix well and let them crisp.
7: Sprinkle some salt, red chilly powder and chaat masala and mix all well.
Your new version of munching snack with leftovers is ready.
