Methi Malai Mushroom
Methi Malai Mushroom is one of quick and easy recipes. Methi is a good source of iron when combined with mushrooms that are super foods gives immense satisfaction of fullness.
Ingredients
Mushroom 200 gm
Fenugreek leaves fresh 1 cup
You can use dry Fenugreek leaves
Rinse dry leaves in hot water
Onion chopped 1 no
Ginger chopped 2 tbs
Cinnamon powder 1/2 ts
Turmeric half tbs
Salt as per taste
Cream half cup
Dry red chilly 2 no
Oil 2 ts
Method
• Heat oil in pan. Put red chilly, onions and saute them. Add methi too and sweat them on slow flame(If using dry then add it with mushroom).
• Add mushroom too and sweat it at high flame.
• Add salt and turmeric meanwhile you are cooking mushrooms.
• Add ginger, cinnamon and cook for some more minutes.
• Now add cream at last and give just 1 or 2 boils. Its ready to eat.
