Garlic Bread Recipe| Home Made Bread
Aata Garlic Bread Recipe.
Ingredients
3 cups Wheat flour (Atta) Seive it
2 cups butter milk (mix 4-5 tbs curd with water to make 2 cup butter milk)
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 .5 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tbs salt
1.5 tbs Sugar
2 tbs Oil
2 tsp Oregano
1 tsp chili flakes
2 tbs chopped Garlic
1 tsp carom seeds
1 tsp White sesame seeds
Method
• In a bowl mix all dry ingredients and garlic with flour and add butter milk in two parts and make dough.
• Knead dough slowly for 2 minutes, it should be sticky not very much clean.
• Now grease the mould in which you are going to bake bread with generous amount of oil and pour mixture of flour and level it with spoon and tap the mould twice.
• Now brush some oil on top of dough and sprinkle sesame seeds on it . Press lightly seeds with spoon so that they can stick to dough.
• Now bake it in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Check it with knife, in between too,to see the baking is perfectly going. After 30 to 35 minutes it will be completely baked.
• Bring out bread after 5 minutes from oven when it is cooked perfectly and brush oil again or you can brush milk too to avoid dryness of bread.
• Cut the slices when it is cooled down. Enjoy with butter or mayonnaise or any dip you love to have.
Tip
If you don't have any mould for baking you can make it in a steel glass. Just grease it and pour the batter into glass and make a bread loaf.
